Policies/FAQ
Payments:
-Payment is due at time of service. If by chance you are unable to pay (forgot card, other reasons not specified) I will send you an invoice. Invoice MUST be paid within 7 days. Failure to pay will result in me terminating our client/stylist relationship.
-I accept all major credit cards, cash. I also do tap to pay from iPhones and Androids. I do not accept any of the payment apps (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, ETC.)
Cancelations
- Cancelations Require at least 24 hour Notice. Cancelations under 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. That being said, if I cancel on your appointment under 24 hours with out a clear reason, I will offer you 50% off your rescheduled appointment.
No Shows
- No shows will be subject to a 50% deposit of the next scheduled appointment.
Three Strike Rule
- After Three Last minute cancelations/no snows you will be required to pay a 50% deposit on any and all future appointments. This charge will go towards your appointment and is non-refundable.
Late to your appointment
- Please be on time to your appointment. 15 (or more) minutes late with out notice will be subject to a $15 late fee added to your appointment total. If I can’t accommodate you into my schedule, I will ask that we reschedule your appointment with out an added late fee to your rescheduled appointment.
Dissatisfied?
-If you are unsatisfied please reach out to me directly within 7 days of your service and I will happily correct the issue free of charge.
